 由英國BBC廣播公司制作發行的《機器人歷險記》呈現的是壹個用金屬建造的異想世界，與外界的唯壹連接是壹條輸送管，不時送來廢棄的金屬共他們處理利用，裏面住著壹群被棄置在廢鐵堆裏的機器人，他們各司其職，運用各種工具與豐富的想像力，敲敲打打、修修補補，利用廢鐵打造壹個美好的世界。

健康向上的故事內容，寓教於樂,世界的中心是壹棵螺絲樹，是他們最偉大的創作，旁邊是他們溫暖的家園，每個機器人都利用廢鐵建造了壹個屬於自己的家，有的是用磁鐵、有的是用音箱…等廢棄物來建造，不僅符合環保的潮流，更是符合他們的個性，此外，他們還制作了白天、黑夜以及日月星辰，只要激活壹個小小的機關就可以切換晝夜，有如真實的世界。在這個奇妙的世界裏，住著壹大群機器人，每壹個機器人都有特殊的個性與專長，而他們的名字也與他們的個性與外貌息息相關。這部動畫十分發人深省，希望對小朋友傳達幾個重要的概念， 人類必須要在社群裏生活，大家和平相處互相幫助，運用邏輯思考解決問題，同時也要發展個人的特色與才能，創造壹個獨特的個體，此外，還宣導環保觀念，發揮創造力讓廢物成為有用的東西，來保護我們寶貴的地球。

Tiny is about to pull the day/night lever when the moon falls off the sky.

 

2. Spotty's Clean Machine       

Spotty urges Stretchy to invent a cleaning machine.

 

3. Stretchy in a Twist       

Stretchy tries to do too many things at once and gets his long neck tied in a knot.

 

4. Robot Race Day       

Sporty is determined to show off his sporting prowess to the other Little Robots.

 

5. Knock Knock       

Spotty and Scary are confused about which door is which at the Sparky Twins' house.

 

6. The Hiccalots       

Noisy gets a bad case of the hiccalots and Tiny, Scary and Sporty try to get rid of them.

 

7. A Friend for Teddy       

Rusty is embarrassed when she discovers Spotty's secret affection for her slippers.

 

8. Sound of Music       

Sporty is horrified to discover that Noisy wants him to be the singer in a band.

 

9. Stripy on the Ball       

Stripy makes a ball but the Sparky Twins steal it.

 

10. Scary, Scary       

Scary manages to frighten the robots accidentally.

 

11. Hole in the Sky       

Rusty is horrified to discover a hole in the sky above her house.

 

12. Noisy's New Song       

The hatch in Stretchy's junkyard is jammed. He tries to enlist Spotty's help.

 

13. A Bit of Give and Take       

Tiny wants help in making the Nut and Bolt Tree a fun place to be when he is on his own.

Noisy is very taken with a box that comes down Stretchy's chute.

Stripy wants to go fishing on his own, but the other Little Robots want to come along.

 

11. Sweet Dreams, Scary       

Scary is so tired, he falls asleep in the middle of one of his magic tricks.

 

12. United       

Stripy needs to borrow some oil from Tiny.

 

13. Spotlight on Stretchy       

Stretchy takes it to heart when the Sparky Twins tell him that he's no fun.

Tiny makes a wind machine so Scary's bunting will flutter.

 

7. The Odd Couple       

Noisy stays with Stripy while his house is being fixed after an accident.

 

8. Good Sport Sporty       

Sporty finishes his chores, but ends up helping everyone finish theirs as well.

 

9. Metal Makes Us Special       

It is almost Metal Makes Us Special Day, when the robots celebrate what they are made of.

 

10. Look Out Spotty       

Spotty becomes obsessed with health and safety concerns.

 

11. Down Tools Tiny       

Tiny feels unappreciated, so he decides to let the others sort out their own problems.

 

12. Screw Loose Spotty       

When Spotty takes a tumble, she loosens a screw and goes into demolition mode.

 

13. Who Did That?       

The Sparkies build remote controls that they find work on the birds.

Rusty's collection of small shiny metal things is disappearing piece by piece.

Scary wants the other little robots to entertain him for a change.

 

11. Amazing Scary       

Scary builds a maze in the wasteland. Everyone is excited about the new attraction.

 

12. Repeat After Me       

Stripy speeds up but the others decide he was better being slow.
